The season of Spring brings about many opportunities for change. New life starts to grow and we feel the lightness of the season in the air.
Take a break for yourself this spring time. Enjoy the opportunity to refresh, renew and rejuvenate with Yogafurie’s long weekend in beautiful Boswell Farm in a stunning part of Devon.
We will start each day with optional early morning meditation, followed by an invigorating yoga practice. There will be optional workshops to take part in throughout the days and plenty of time off to explore the grounds, reconnect with nature and take some time for yourself. Each evening we will finish the day with another refreshing yoga session and yoga nidras to send you off for a perfectly restful slumber.
There are three wonderful and charming cottages that guests can choose to stay in, all with different options for accommodation. All options are fully inclusive all of the below:
- 3 nights and 4 days
- Plenty of yoga sessions every day
- Optional early morning meditation on three days
- Optional daytime yoga workshops
- Practice in a beautiful studio with a stunning view of Devon countryside – with an option to practice outdoors should weather permit
- Yoga equipment provided
- Healthy, hearty and whole foods for both brunch and dinner each day (dinner on day of arrival and brunch on day of leaving). And don’t worry, there’ll be lots of it! Plus snacks to graze on throughout the day.
All meals are vegetarian with plenty of vegan options. Other specific dietary requirements can be accommodated – just let us know and we’ll ensure needs are met.
Ed and Sinead are lead instructors at Yogafurie. Ed is the course leader of our accredited Yoga and Hot Yoga Teacher Training Course, a highly experienced and very approachable teacher. Sinead is an experienced yoga teacher with a passion for both the movement and the meditation aspects to a yoga practice. Together on this retreat you’ll be shown how to deepen your yoga practice to suit your needs, discover new ways to approach the physical aspect of yoga, and a variety of meditation and breath techniques. You’re sure to discover new practices that can benefit you in your everyday life.
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
Throughout the daytimes you can take time for yourself in whichever way suits you best. Ed and Sinead will be holding optional yoga workshops, each with a different focus. If you feel that the scheduled morning and evening yoga sessions are enough then Boswell Farm provides you access to 45 acres of ground to explore, including a beautiful lake and an all weather tennis court.
Bring any books you’d like to read or games you’d like to play. This weekend really is all about you!
We will be staying in three beautiful cottages at Boswell Farm, each with their own story to tell.
The Linhay was built in the 1890s, originally used as a linhay or an open fronted barn used for storing horse drawn carts. It has been beautifully converted into a spacious and comfortable cottage with one double bedroom overlooking the historic courtyard and two twin bedrooms that overlook the meadow. This cottage hosts a large fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge with patio doors opening into the private cottage garden.
This is the cottage we will gather in each time for meals, it holds a large dining area where we can all replenish and fill up on tasty food!
The Mill House was originally built in the 1850s and used as a dairy for Boswell and the outlaying farms. Now it has been converted into a charming, spacious cottage with it’s own fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and a separate sitting room. The bedrooms available are a twin / triple bedroom with it’s own ensuite, plus a spacious double bedroom on the first floor again with it’s own ensuite facilities.
And last but certainly not least, The Granary. Parts of the Granary date back from as early as the 1700s when it was originally used for storing grain. This idyllic cottage hosts a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a very large and comfortable sitting room. On the first floor you’ll find a double bedroom overlooking the historic courtyard, a main bathroom and a triple bedroom with ensuite. The Granary enjoys a private garden at the rear of the cottage. This garden has an eating area adjoining the farm meadows with fantastic views.
You might notice that wherever you choose to stay has it’s own kitchen, but not to worry! We will manage all meals throughout your stay. However if you’d like to make your own midnight snack then please feel free to use the facilities.
You can share in a twin or double, with or without ensuite. Or you can enjoy some space to yourself with a private room, with or without ensuite.

Booking and Payment
You can pay the entire price in one. Or you can pay in two stages – a deposit of 50% secures your booking, and then the full balance must be paid by March 1st.
If you need to cancel your deposit is not refundable. If you paid the entire amount upfront and you cancelled more than 1 month before the event, then 50% is not refundable. If for whatever reason you do need to cancel, then simply contact us on email@example.com.
