Throughout the retreat you will be introduced to a host of yoga practices. In the optional early morning sessions you can expect to learn and explore meditations, pranayamas (breath practices) and more. For the physical practice you’ll be working with vinyasa, hatha, yin and restorative styles. And of course you’ll find plenty of nourishing and restful yoga nidra.
And don’t worry – although we specialise in hot yoga, this is not a hot yoga retreat! Normal temperature for every practice. You’ll find cosy temperatures in the studio space.
