Yoga & Nutrition Workshop

Have more vitality, get glowing skin and revive your energy levels with this enlightening, educational and enjoyable workshop held by Sinead Duncan of Yogafurie and Emma Dawson of Nutritional Balance.

Uplift your mood and revitalise your body with two Yoga practices that will boost your energy, revitalise your body and help you to shed your winter skin.
Step into spring with a beginner friendly, energetic Yoga flow that you can return to time and time again to boost your energy, improve your strength and offer your body a detox.
We will close the workshop with a second Yoga practice. Slightly slower this time, offering rhythmic, flowing movements to increase flexibility, loosen our joints and the surrounding connective tissues. Another practice you can return to time and time again, this time to open up and release any feelings of stuckness or blockage throughout your body.
The workshop will be recorded on Zoom and the recording will be sent to all workshop attendees, meaning you can return to these Yoga practices as often as you wish.
Sinead is a qualified Lead Instructor at Yogafurie. With extensive learning in Yoga, meditation, relaxation and restorative practices, Sinead combines her knowledge of Yoga with her knowledge and understanding of every day challenges and expectations we face, creating practices that offer unique Yoga and relaxation solutions to optimise your wellbeing even in the most challenging of times.
