Step into spring with a beginner friendly, energetic Yoga flow that you can return to time and time again to boost your energy, improve your strength and offer your body a detox.
We will close the workshop with a second Yoga practice. Slightly slower this time, offering rhythmic, flowing movements to increase flexibility, loosen our joints and the surrounding connective tissues. Another practice you can return to time and time again, this time to open up and release any feelings of stuckness or blockage throughout your body.
The workshop will be recorded on Zoom and the recording will be sent to all workshop attendees, meaning you can return to these Yoga practices as often as you wish.
