A day of free Yoga and Hot Yoga at six studios across Bristol. The Yoga Trail is unique to wonderful Bristol, and for several years now a group of Bristol’s most progressive studios have opened their doors to the city.
All the classes are free at all the studios on the day. However, we will be collecting in aid of Off The Record – a Bristol mental health charity for young Bristol people.
The Yoga Trail website has the full schedule. It’s not just Hot Yoga – there’s something for everyone at Yogafurie in Bristol.
In our state of the art Hot studio, four classes each one hour long:
ClassicFurie 8AM: Fun Vinyasa flow to start your day of free Yoga, 42 degrees.
Core Deep 10AM: Develop your core in support of your practice, 42 degrees.
Dreamtime 12 midday: Delicious slow flow and relaxing Yoga Nidra, 35 degrees.
Hot Yin Tonic 2PM: Slow and deep stretching with a breath focus, 42 degrees.
Mats are provided but PLEASE bring a very large towel to put over the mat. Bring some water too!
In our comfortable second studio (at normal room temperature!):
Pranayama (Yogic breathing exercises) and meditation at 8:30AM, for one hour.
Pregnancy Yoga at 9:45AM, for one hour.
Mum/Dad and Baby Yoga at 11AM, for 45 minutes.
