Turn your practice upside down! Inversions in Hot Yoga.

Through Yoga, we build a strong and stable core and great foundation in our feet. Inversions challenge us to turn this stability literally upside down. Yoga really does promote development in every way!
This course covers techniques that develop the awareness, open-ness and strength you’ll need. You’ll gain valuable knowledge about the structure and anatomy of inversions and contraindications that warn you when to be extra careful.
The end result is confidence in inversion postures.
This is a Hot Yoga course, so you’ll be working at heat. Please bring towels and water as usual for Hot Yoga. The first three weeks are devoted to laying foundations. We then take a two-week break for you to consolidate what you’ve learned already. The final three weeks will be devoted to perfecting technique. Even if you don’t achieve every posture, you’ll leave with new skills – a personal development toolkit for you to keep working with.
