FREE PRANAYAMA, YOGA NIDRA AND HOT YOGA

A day of free Yoga and Hot Yoga at six studios across Bristol. The Yoga Trail is unique to wonderful Bristol, and for several years now a group of Bristol’s most progressive studios have opened their doors to the city.
All the classes are free at all the studios on the day. However, we will be collecting in aid of Off The Record – a Bristol mental health charity for young Bristol people.
The Yoga Trail website has the full schedule. It’s not just Hot Yoga – there’s something for everyone at Yogafurie in Bristol.
In our state of the art Hot studio:
Hot Vinyasa Yoga (42 degrees) at 8AM, 10AM, 12 midday and 2PM for 75 minutes.
Mats are provided but PLEASE bring a very large towel to put over the mat. Bring some water too!
In our comfortable second studio (at normal room temperature!):
Mindfulness practice and pranayama (Yogic breathing exercises) at 10AM for 75 minutes.
Delicious and relaxing Yoga Nidra at midday for 75 minutes.
